I'm. Looking forward to munchkin being back in school because he gets so bored so easily at home for long periods. It's hard to find enough to do you feed his need for new simulation. School helps with that.

I cannot wait. My son will be getting much needed assessments and my youngest starts nursery so my house will be eerily quiet

My children are adults now but i loved having them home in the weekends and holidays, we had a fantastic time doing lots of things and enjoying each others company, i miss those times now they are adults and i feel sad that people cant wait to send their childrn back to school ..... and i was a working mum and i had very little money before anyone says ought lol

If sitting on a bus is fun, I would say it's been way too long since your last meet.

I'm looking forward to it. I tend to play in the afternoons because i work mornings and evenings and noone else has been around over the summer because they've had the kids at home.

...at least now i won't have to come up with new ideas to keep the kids in the family entertained. And, i can go back to meeting again.

Truro

I work away quite a lot either in London or in Southampton and during the holidays, driving home on Friday afternoon can be a nightmare.

I tend to find that people are driving to Cornwall to start their holiday just as I'm driving home.

It's something I'm always prepared to put up with as I'll never move from here at my time of life.

Getting out of Cornwall is easy at anytime of the year, but it's hell to get into during holiday times if you drive after a days work.

I think its gone really quick, my daughters no trouble at all so being off school does not bother me, in fact its easier for me when shes not as i don't have to fit in uniforms, packed lunches etc after work at 10pm
