Lots of guys on here getting sore head with kamagra or similar sildenafils,Maybe try an alternative like valif pills, generic levitra.did wonders for me,lasts same time 5hrs as kamagra.it also comes in valif oral jelly too.worth a try.no more headaches.

Thanks for the tip, had my first Kamagra last week and had a headache.. had 8 erections too so not all bad

Valif uses the same mechanism as viagra and all ped5 inhibitors it has the same side effects.

Generic medications should be exactly the same chemical formulations to branded ones. The side effect profile should also be the same - across a large population, otherwise medicines could not be approved, if calling something a different name caused different side effects. The way these drugs work does atm seem to cause a significant proportion of people to get headaches and other problems. The same person getting a problem with one drug, eg viagra, may not get it with, eg levitra etc. The same drug could be a problem one time but not another. Dont expect the brand name to change the effects you get or the side effects, if it is correct and safe medication.

it's a different compound but same mechanism.

Most things that significantly lower blood pressure will cause headaches though lots of water before hand can help but not for everyone

I use a quarter of a 100mg Sildenafil as a booster and I only get a mild fuzzyness. The same applies to L (as a quarter works just as well on her) but she has had a couple of bad headaches when she has been dehydrated.

We both drink quite a bit of fluid before taking them now (so we don't get the headaches) and the sex has been fucking awesome

Take with some paracetemol and plenty of water and carry on drinking water throughout and after.
