But changing a head coach isn't as much a big deal as sacking a Manager.

Hiring and firing managers frequently has very little chance of attaining any long term success. Stability is needed for a team to at least tread water let alone make any progress.

Having a sound financial platform is important too, many owners, particularly foreign ones, have thought that they can buy their way out of trouble when this is rarely the best way forward.
