Mortgage renewal time, so my current provider decided it could be done best over the phone, possibly in about 90 minutes!

Feckin hell, the call was 4.5 hours long; thank God they were paying for the call!!!

Plus, they failed to suggest anything suitable.

My Brain hurts!!

Out of interest, was it a UK or overseas call centre? 4.5hrs seems excessive by any stretch of the imagination !
