Make a fruit salad you can keep in fridge for few days. Great on its own or with yogurt even better with pancakes for a treat

Always somethin cooked, sausages, eggs, bacon etc. Sometimes if im feeling healthy i will scramble the eggs with no butter, grill the bacon and cut off the fat, then slap it on some fat white bread or toast, washed down with a coffee!

Mmmmmmm fooooood, think its time to stick my order into the butty van, somethin dirty today i think

"see I tend just have a coffee not very healthy though according to the people I asked who'd of imagined?! haha"

speaking as a p.t, having a coffee on a morning isn't anything to worry about but you do need to incorporate it with some healthy food so that you get your metabolism working...having a bowl of porridge with a banana or some mixed berries in it is ideal as you have slow releasing carbs plus a good protein content also or if you're not keen on that any type of egg dish would be a good start to the day for you

I've never really been a fan of breakfast. I'm doing slimming world and tried to have some fruit and yoghurt with a cup of tea in the morning but I just didn't enjoy it.

I've stopped having breakfast and I'm still losing every week so I find in my case it's not essential.

Just do what works for you.

I'm starving now though so time for lunch

Altrincham

Pint of strong coffee and a tunnick's caramel thingy.

Lovely and (un)healthy

Anything more would mean either getting up earlier, or abandoning my core exercises.

If I'm at work (night shift) I have special K and skimmed milk at 4am.

If I'm at home I'll have a slice of granary toast (the small loaf) with either baked beans or a poached egg. No butter.

I've found the special K cereal bars ideal if I don't have time for the above. They're all less than a 100 calories and are lovely

Good luck with the weight loss.
