Bloated today.

I'm feeling all bloated today. Struggling to bend. Tummy has appeared from nowhere.

Anyone else get such extreme bloat days?

Any suggestions on deflating it short of popping it?

Still feeling huge. I'll have to stop and buy something to ease it on the way home. Urrrghh. I feel horrid.
