w have a neighbour who got a puppy a few months ago - thy have a shed they keep it in obviously not a house dog more a guard dog - it barks incessantly - there is a bt of a language barrier and we looked up how to complain etc - we dont have to be the nice neighbour first and knock on etc - we went through the council - just wondered if anybody had successfully stopped a nuisance neighbour for anything

We had a neighbour with a cockrel that started its morning crow 5am everyday. It might be ok on a farm but this is a housing estate. People all over the estate inc us complained and the cockrel disapeared.

leeds

we have a horse problem

we back onto council field ... marvellous that travellers can tether their horses and the council don't do a bloody thing about it .. I asked for a council tax reduction as I feel this activity has devalued my property .. council still don't want to know

Maybe RSPCA could help you if the dog isn't being well looked after

update - taken about 6 months of me, and many neighbours reporting, keeping noise diaries - the man from the council dropping by and not hearing it - one time with an animal welfare officer - and today he arrived - dog doing its worst - he went to a neighbour who was in - got some more up to date info and hung around for over an hour and the dog was barking constantly - he could hear it from inside the neighbours home and the dog was indoors - imagine it when its outside which it often is - so notice is going to be served and looks like this poor dog will hopefuly get the training and care it needs -

I never saw your opening post 13 weeks ago, but the idea of a Guard Puppy makes me want to watch my ankles in future
