PT said i need to eat 25g of protein within 20 minutes of a hard work out.

Whaddya know, Ben & Jerry's has 4.8g per 100ml so a full tub is near enough for me.

Me n my sexy friend loz ate a large tub of carte. D'or mint chock last night. Then had to think of a way to burn calories off!

Ben and Jerrys has considerably more fat than cottage cheese about 20g's more.

Eat low fat cottage cheese. Normal cottage cheese has around 4.8g of fat so not a lot
