I was just wondering if you could recommend a club /pub where they play 80's music for the older generation. We are staying in digs at the university and have no idea about the area. Or failing 80's, maybe somewhere the slightly older generation can strut their stuff without being laughed at (too much)

As the other guy said, Reflex nightclubs, and Flares nightclubs play a lot of 70's, sometimes 80's stuff.
