We were also thinking of a week in a eurocamp somewhere in Europe, maybe mountains in the Annecy area. Anyone been there?

Yes I've spent a month in Annecy - beautiful lakes there and you can hop over the border to Switzerland.

Steve, try Canvas Holidays. They offer the same as Eurocamp, but are cheaper.

Not sure on a summer one, the family are thinking of disney for a week starting boxing day then a 7 night cruise round the carribean.
