Its a mystery as they pass so many cartoons, cars, and celeb photos yet not a hand. The consensus talking to many on here is there is a total lack of consistency with pictures but nobody has a clue as to why.

This...I am sure most regulars have seen this advice a few times.

Leave the rejected pic in your gallery and ask Admin to review for you.

As pic mods are humans then mistakes are going to made and considering the thousands of pics approved every day then I am not surprised.
