I'm guessing you're talking about a piercing rather than a cock ring you just put round the base of your cock to keep it hard ?

One thing to bear in mind is that the healing time for PA will be 4 - 8 weeks or so, and whilst you can probably play during the latter part of this, there'll be a few weeks when you may not be able to....
