Is there a dead musician who you wish could be alive forever and continue to make music?

My choices would be Elvis, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse.

Buddy rich

The greatest drummer to ever live, his level of skill is unmatched.

I've been drumming 9 years and he could play better than me with 1 hand and just table to hit.

I would've liked to have seen 10 more years for Mozart. Maybe it's a bit of an understatement but I think he was onto something lol

I would've liked to have seen Marvin Gaye emerge from his doldrums... I'm sure he had more great stuff in him.

Stevie Wonder should be cryogenically frozen right now so we can make him immortal when the tech finally comes along. Jim Morrison, I'm sure, had more to say... but the 80's probably would've killed him anyway. Jeff Buckley should've had a few more years... he was quite clearly gifted beyond his limited output. And obviously Bob Marley

I met him a few times too. He's been my biggest musical influence since I was around 6yrs old. I was so upset by his untimely death.
