I don't know if there would be 24 hour dentists maybe contact your local hospital, if you have a regular dentist ring their number they should leave the number of the emergency out of hours dentist on their answer machine.

In most cases you will be advised to contact your own dentist; not very useful as it's a Bank Holiday weekend.

So, try NHS 111 as I can't even find an emergency contact point for the Dental School.

Unfortunately, very few conditions now qualify as dental emergencies

As far as Im aware, NHS dentists provide emergency cover 24 hours a day, so if yours is local Id contact them. Otherwise Id contact a hospital.
