The green tag with a tick on someones profile means they are verified by other users on the site through meeting them or someone has seen them on webcam. Is that what you meant by green tag?

Green flag means they're photo verified

Green tick means they're meet of webcam verified

I assume you mean the photo verified icon then?

You can upload a photo of yourself to your profile, with your username written on a piece of paper or something, when the site admin approves the photo you will get the green flag icon on your profile to say you are photo verified. If you look in your profile or photo settings you should be able to find the link to do it there somewhere.
