There are a few profiles I would attach the word 'insanity' to.

I did the class at the gym this morning but haven't done the programme.

It was hard work but not as hard as I was expecting.

Just done day 1 (fitness test) getting worried!

Ran my first marathon in just over 3 hours, but this is a completely different thing, and something I'm not used to, so it's going to be a big challenge. Bring it on!

Yeah I would say so! Are you dedicated, do you think you'll be strict and stick to it?

Time will tell, but I'm a pretty determined sort, once fully committed to something.

I want to complete the 60 days, then work the odd session from it into my running workout programme. The squats, jumps, and maintaining core strength, should help my running, as well as (hopefully) getting a fit bod!

So long as I'm not dead, I'll try to update!

Hopefully will add some new pics of my finely chiseled abbs, come the end of October, ha ha.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Workout at home doesn't appeal any more

But do insanity at my local gym, and love it. But I like metafit and many of the les mills workouts too.
