Its been hard bloody work but

The loft is completely transformed into our new bedroom, and I've saved a fortune doing it myself, cheapest quote was 22k, i've done it for just under 5k, we're moving into it this week , next project is to put up a false wall to partition our old bedroom into the new nursery....

We have decided to downsize after 13 happy years in this house, just need to work out what we will have to get rid of to take on a smaller house.

We did a walk round last night room to room and said 'Take' or 'Sell' amongst our furniture and in the end we both agreed to scrap EVERYTHING.....

yeap, gunna be doing a bit of that ourselves as the loft or North Tower as I like to call it, wont accommodate all the crap we had in our bedroom, so theres going to be a massive sort out on everything

We are taking the Summerhouse, Pagoda and Tub though, but nothing from indoors.

Will be exciting, like a complete new start.....again

Was tidying up the Dining Room last weekend and asked each other when we last ate there.....we realised it wasn't since Boxing Day, Have Two bedrooms that are only used once or twice a year when we have relatives down, so we came to the conclusion that we are rattling around in our house.

So the time has come to move to pastures new, and smaller pastures at that.....
