Our local is only a couple of minutes away. Been there twice, no idea what it's called.

The only 2 pubs we drink in that are relatively local (well not in London basically) are The Red Lion and The Fisherman

The Red Lion is actually the most popular name for a pub in England. There was a blog about someone who toured the country and went to every single one on this green and pleasant land. Needless to say, they were hammered.

And unfortunately for me, my local is an All Bar One round the corner from work. :/ But in my hometown it's a lovely little pub called "The Alex".
