Sleeping arangements are seperate room if required.

I'm a single disabled guy just wanting company.

Dartmouth's ok to visit but you wouldn't want to live here not a lot happens most of the year.

And NO I'm not Paying Anyone to come

with me. It's a Free week you just need your own spending money

If you are looking for friends and have none who can/would go with you on this holiday, then I am sure there will be other people on the caravan site that would be willing to be friends (chat, have a drink etc).

This is not something I personally would ever do, holidays are meant to be relaxing imo and I wouldn't be relaxed with a complete stranger, it would be more like a nightmare ... but good luck in your search !

All the people I used to meet from this site now don't even speak to me as I'm DISABLED, they think I need help all the time and so back away.

What I need is friends who can enjoy a day out a bit of a laugh.

Sex is apparently not an option especially once your past 60 it all stops at 50 so I keep getting told.

Well then why don't you take an actual friend instead of someone on fab? Unless what your really after is a dirty weekend away.... In which case that's what you should of stated in your thread because otherwise it just looks like your trying to disguise what your really looking for and I'm sure u'd get better feedback if your honest..... All my friends both here on Fab's and other's I used to work with walked away when I became disabled. Not got any family all those that could come with me can't get the time off.

If the person wants Sex then I'll oblige but I'm not worried about that part of it.

Some women will happily meet a guy they don't and go to his home know for sex so I don't see why meeting you for a holiday is any different.

Reference what you said about who in their right mind would meet someone off the internet and go on holiday with them. I'm sure somebody made that same comment before when the first person had met someone off the internet for sex. I'm sure there will be someone somewhere that would.

However, there was another comment about hiding the true intentions of the trip, if that is true, then it is not an advisable option, be upfront about what you really want to happen.

My opinion is that it might be better if you just try and arrange a local meet for one evening as you may be more likely to receive more positive response that way.

Personally, I'm washing my hair that week so I can't make it I'm afraid. Good luck though!

Of course they didn't, but the point I was trying to make was it starts somewhere. Now it is normal for people to meet off the internet for sex, maybe now it is the meeting for a holidays' turn. After all, on Gumtree they do actually have a category for travel partners for that very same thing (minus the sex, although I am sure their are ulterior motives for most of them!)

So if this is how time has evolved things, to meeting for a holiday, the who knows what it will be next in say 20 years!

For the person who said take my Mum. All my Family are DEAD. I'm the last of the bunch.

And as it seems to have caused so much trouble for people. I've decided not to take anyone with me. It's a shame but the many have spoilt it for one lady who might have thought it a good idea.

Er no, they aren't the same thing at all

Asking for the company of a stranger for a week is not at all like offering someone a lift or a drink!

Besides, I agreed there was no harm in him asking and wished him luck.

I think he's being a bit hopeful but sometimes that pays off.

As for the person saying he'd get a different response if he was offering a week in Barbados, not from me he wouldn't. I've been offered free foreign holidays by strangers and men I've known slightly and I've declined every time.
