"Thinks it's not helping as my little one has decided to sleep in my bed he is really clingy " that's probably not helping I find a well ventilated room, cup of camomile tea & having a flick thru a magazine or paper helps me feel tired. I'm a really light sleeper so feel your pain. x | |||

Think it's going to be another sleepless Night " I know it sounds obvious but the more you worry about not sleeping the more likely you are not to drift off. Try and clear your mind by imagining yourself in your 'happy place' like a beach, or by the river, in a park somewhere relaxing. fingers crossed x | |||
