Bed time

Not sure what's going on with me but I have been staying up late this week . Can't sleep . Can't switch off . Then exhausted the next day .

Doing my own head in

Same but I've been in bed winding down with my good friend Temazipan this evening so hopefully I'll nod off soon.

that's probably not helping

I find a well ventilated room, cup of camomile tea & having a flick thru a magazine or paper helps me feel tired.

I'm a really light sleeper so feel your pain.

I know it sounds obvious but the more you worry about not sleeping the more likely you are not to drift off.

Try and clear your mind by imagining yourself in your 'happy place' like a beach, or by the river, in a park somewhere relaxing.
