Well this morning I pulled a muscle in my back, now did I do it lifting something heavy, did I over do it at the gym, No! would you believe all I did was bend over to wash my face in the basin and that was it, a painful back all day just from that

Ive been one to run, jump and have fun as I move about .since younger and I dont do it as much as I used to do now - I never did it because i was late or exercise, just because I love 'playing' on the move. Maybe it has been an extended childhood but I rather enjoy taking much longer now to appreciate things along the way - it must be age!
