I'd like one.

All these gym fitties... surely someone else needs an exercise buddy?

Motivate me to get off my lardy arse, take me (ooer) out cycling, swimming, walking - these are my preferred exercise activities - and generally help me fit into my thin wardrobe.

May consider sexual favours in return.

Preferably free.

I like all those activities. I think horizontal dancing would have to be a key part of the exercise regimen too

I prefer weights, yoga and martial arts to cycling though.

Swimming and walking are good though.

Damn I knew I should have become a Personal Trainer (though if the careers folk gave me the potential perks all those years ago I wouldn't have believed them!)

Every PT has to have bells (kettle bells) and big rubber things with dimples (the roller tubes) or so I hear so if you do have applications make sure you're thorough in investigation...

My PT is always telling me that 'this is a cheeky little exercise'.

I told him once after he was laughing when he got me to do the leg press with one leg at a time, that he was a sadist. He said he that he'd never been called that before and that he liked it.

Can definitely recommend getting a personal trainer - use one regularly and think its a good investment. Check out his fitness, looks and approach before booking - and who cares if he has cock pics on his profile! I keep a treats and fitness budget to ensure I get what I need. We need more good ones in the midlands, though sample them when traveling too. Some go out for dinner and socialise well, its a good choice.
