I miss my dad

Today is 16yrs since i lost my beloved dad. I miss him so so much. But although i grieve for him in my heart and head not once have i shown it in 16 years. I shall not dwell on his illness or his passing today but celebrate his life and remember all the good memories i have of him.

Why don't you show it?

Lost em both 17 yrs ago and if the moment gets me I right back there x it's all part of life x he wouldn't want you unhappy x

Since his passing if never been able to really grieve properly. Never really shed a tear. Been to various councelling etc.

What u must try and remember is how much he loved u and if he could see u now I think he would b upset if he new u were so sad , he would want you to live a life of happiness and

to live your life and to fulfil your dreams and I hope u do take care of yourself , brian x

Yes im sad because i miss him but so do wish he was around still. But i dont mourn his death. Today like everyday i hake woken up missing him. But then i wont and dint cry as i remember all the happy and good times we had

We all say we have/ had the best dad but i truely did. He lived for his family. Worked damn hard all week then spent all weekend with us kids. We may not have had a lot but we had plenty of love
