Pot roast beef. Cooked for about 6 hours with carrot, celery, onion and stock. Then mash the veg into the stock at the end to make a thick sauce. Yum!

Ok, so now we have a major dilemma.

The steak and veg has finished slow cooking, we've both decided we're not hungry enough to eat it now tho................

It's going in the fridge till tomorrow but what do we eat later when we eventually decide we are hungry.
