No, nothing rude sorry, I'm thinking of getting the bath taken out and putting in a proper walk in shower, but torn between that and a full on wet room, the only downside to a wet room, that I can see, is possible eventual leaking in to the room beneath, anyone here got a wet room that's not had this problem, and how easy is it to install, I plan to do all the work myself.

Keep the bath..!!

I've been showers only for 4 years. Really miss not having the luxury of a bath.

Get one of the big steam rooms, then you have a shower and steam room

Plus it will be harder to sell when you eventually want to move

I removed my bath completely and I don't regret it for me. I considered selling once and the comments were that because it didn't have a bath they would want the price reduced a lot.

In the middle

We had the bath taken out last year and a large shower stall put in, we don't regret it one bit as the bath was just taking up room as no one had used it for years, I can't stand having a bath, I haven't got the patience for it

I have no chance of selling due to the neighbours we have so that's not an issue, our bath hasn't been used for quite some time now.
