My first comment was: 'When stag nights go wrong' which whilst I can picture 30 or so chaps all suited and booted looking at each other and wondering what they had been drinking in Belgium to end up in a container in Essex, may be a bit flippant.

I don't know what they were fleeing to put up with such conditions, but it must have been something terrible. That does sound almost like a stag night I was on.

Just bumped intomy friend, she is the press person for the managing director of the ferry company that bought them over (I think Ive got that right) she's on call this weekend and her phone is going nuts, I didn't have time to chat to her about it properly but she said it was awful!
