Motor racing boss.............died after an extreme session with a Dominatrix

How must his poor family feel right now knowing the circumstances that led to his death

The Domme and her assistant have been arrested

apparently he was given nitrous oxide to prolong his ability to take pain..

...got to wonder if that's for his pleasure. what's the point if he's not going to feel a thing?

the domme says she is "sadistic by nature"...seems she proved that point

as you say, what a shame for the family

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Surely, this is the way he would have wanted to go, although probably not the timing...

I know there'll be those who'll disagree with my opinion but this underlines my inability to understand how anybody gets pleasure from mixing pain with sex.

Light restraint and smacking are different as far as I'm concerned!

When play goes wrong! Obviously he gave initial consent but it went far too far with disastrous results. It will be an interesting job for the courts and i hope a just outcome ensues.

No very valid point. If pain is to the point you can't tolerate it your body is saying your in danger. I think its fair to assume sadism was in play.

As a Domme she should have known what she was doing and how far she could go. It's misadventure on the part of the dead guy as he consented to be flogged etc.. but the responsibility rests with the person holding the whips and failure on her part to regulate herself leaves the blame squarely at her feet.

In the D/s world we have 'safe words' that are to be used not only by the person receiving correction, but by the person conducting it too if they feel that the sub is taking too much (it's called "going into to sub space") and the sub cannot control himself or herself. That's when the Dom/me *must* step in and bring the proceedings to a halt.

Bottom line is: she murdered the guy, albeit involuntary.

So not murder at all then. Maybe manslaughter.

Isn't nitrous oxide what they put in souped up cars to make em go like a rocket. Maybe he went quickly too?

We ought to wait until the full autopsy results are released before jumping to conclusions. The Domme in question was apparently well-respected and obviously knew what she was doing, who's to say his ticker didn't just quit, his number was up anyway? OK, his leisure activities may have contributed, but that's not necessarily Her fault - looking at the photos of him, he wasn't going to be winning Slimmer of the Year anytime soon. If he had any underlying health issues, HE should have told her. It doesn't matter how extreme or scary a Domme appears or claims to be, a true professional doesn't need dead bodies or even people telling tales of being abused beyond their limits. It's not good for business. However, if they turned away everyone who wasn't at peak physical and mental fitness, not many people would get to session. (Not to mention that any Domme who can judge health levels by sight ought to be working as a physician)

I've met some crazy women in my time, some so-called Dommes who have scared the crap out of me, but they haven't been Pros, they have been the dipshits who think that shouting a lot and flailing away with a crop/cane makes them a real Dominatrix. Surprise surprise, these women are a lot easier to find when they've had a few drinkies, and become convinced they need to tell all and sundry how superior they are.

Ive mentioned that i like subbing though ive no experience, had a guy say that he likes being a dom, my god was my ass sore, no experience at all and it seems to me, that a lot of guys claim they know what they are doing when clearly they dont. Far too many guys say it as they want to get into your knickers but really they have no idea about levels on their part or the "sub"

I don't think there's an N.V.Q in it. I avoided saying Masters.

Verdict should be Miss Adventure. Boom Boom.... I do mean that though.

I hope she gets off scott free. See this whole societal attitude thing gets to me.

IF ..IF .....they'd been mountaineering and he fell cos she made an error..... it's NOT murder.

IF ... they go canoeing and she never brought him a life jacket and he falls over board on the rapids.... He drowns.

IF.... They go on a drinking spree and she gives him a bottle of whisky to down in an hour and he dies...... it's not her fault.

I don't think this should be her fault either.

Papers just love sex stories and society still sees sex as dirty.

Agree wholeheartedly, all about consensual sex, if he agreed to the nitrous oxide and she didnt pour it down his throat, its not really her fault is it

As already said somewhere.... the timing may have been wrong... but timing aside is it so awful for someone to die happy, doing something they wanted to do which brought them pleasure... I can think of ways to go which are much more awful than that.

i dont mean to offend anyone with this statement but really it was his own fault he took the risk etc! i dont know much about sub domme etc and dont really care! at the end of the day they didnt kidnap him and force him into it he went voluntary and probably paid! what makes him any different from any other man who uses these services???

the papers will have a field day with it and dont be surprised to find a few journalists popping up to do research on it as granny said the media still see sex as dirty etc!

look at the him out of inxs (cant remember his name!) case etc and the mp with the orange up his arse all fodder for the media!

he was a willing participant he took the risk. any of us could die when up to no good or in embarassing situations x
