I don't remember hitting my head

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I've been thinking this weekend could be a good time to rejoin a gym and restart an exercise programme.

I'm torn between doing that and going to be checked for a head injury.

Just do it. Find some motivation and get involved.

You can do it

Oh I can do it, I know from past experience. It's whether I will.

I might go for the cheaper version of walking round some of the beautiful countryside here and doing some weights at home though.

I'm just a bit taken by surprise by this sudden interest in going back to a gym. I'm not sure where it's come from.

Going to get out on the bike later today. Last night couldn't get the latex skirt on, stupid shrinking thing! Had to wear stretchy body stocking instead. Got to get rid of this tummy and experience has shown me that diets don't work for me, I have to exercise and exercise regularly, boosts my metabolism and improves my mood as well as burning calories and toning muscles

The right sort of diet works for me but exercise is what helps me stick to it. It does improve mood too.

Definitely get checked for any suspected head injury everyone. Think you were joking Voluptuous though

Even injuries classed as mild can have catastrophic consequences, with problems sometimes not arising until sometime afterwards.

Could be a good time for membership offers to gyms, as people are away. Look out for free passes - usually for a few visits, so you can ensure the place is right for you.

Spend your days hunting for food and then you wouldn't need to join.

Simple.

Yep, I was joking. I must be suffering from some affliction to be wanting to join a gym though. It's most alarming.

I've been for my cycle ride, five miles, quite hilly.........and I'm dying, my legs are like jelly, want to vomit and I'm coughing up some nasty stuff. Anyone like to buy a nice road bike, only used a couple of times?
