After work out at my gym I am useing power plate to shake out my fats, and I am constantly thinking hpw would be to of sex on it.

Wondering , when the gym is shot is anyone coming to use it that way? Very temting!

Are there any clubs which have power plate?

I don't no of any myself

I would love to try it on a cross trainer or rowing machine but would give the treadmill a miss

The gym i use has a Powerplate. Rarely used, if at all. I've tried it, nothing special or to get worked up about.

Would be useful to steady a bird during doggy but not much else.

Top tip: whilst on an induction at the gym, ignore personal trainer's instruction to sit on said power plate whilst wearing a rattle bar in your piercing.

Siting down is usually good enough..
