South East Midlands NOT

Is it for a special occasion? Do you have dietary limitations? Time constraints? Any idea of what you might want to cook?!

Wellingborough

Macaroni cheese with a twist.

Add crisped pancetta, sautéed onions and garlic to the cheese sauce Use very mature cheddar, and top the whole dish with grated cheddar and Parmigiano.

A great dish, not that expensive, that can be made in bulk and frozen in portions.

in the night garden

Free range organic brown wild duck breast and leg, stuffed with hand-polished Israeli pearl couscous, surrounded by a sprinkling of sun-dried heirloom apple picked by naked virgins under a full moon, and crescendoed by kalamata olives pickled by an old Greek woman.
