Manchester city is signing frank lampard

They got him as loan, do you recon its a good move for lampard or has he done a mistake to leave Chelsea?. I recon its good as I am a man city fan.

Jose Mourinho said he offered Lampard a new contract to stay at Stamford Bridge and he declined.
