folkestone

I once read that Maggie Thatcher managed to get by on only 4 hours sleep and was amazed how someone could function like that every day. How many hours do you average?

About 6 but usually in two lots of three hours with a couple of hours being wide awake in between. Wish it was a straight 6 or 7 hours.

when I am on the early shift, I often don't go to bed till around 1AM and the alarm clock is going of at 5.20AM I just cant go to bed early for some reason, virtually never go to bed before midnight, if I hit the bed one minute to midnight I consider that as an early night lol

Titz Towers, North Notts

If I'm on shift, then about 7 hours, if I'm off, then more like 6, but with 2 in the afternoon on the sofa. I'm a big fan of the afternoon nap.

My body usually likes to take about 7 at least and can rebel of its much less. Luckily I can catch up any time day or night, can always get to sleep in seconds.
