Id do it, as it is an essential part of keeping the site running and standards up. My behaviour on site is generally of a good level, and Im a keen volunteer for good causes. It is likely to be a tough role, lots of stuff to do, little user gratitude alot of the time, but it would be something to do for other intrinsic personal reward. The site is free for most of us too, so nothing wrong giving something back as a long time user. If I wore nod gear at the same time, all the better.

I was, once on another site, and stuck at it for 18 months.

I think that we were slightly higher profile than on here though.

It was a thankless task, and I'd never do it again (probably)
