The dark.....??? I'm 34 and scared of the dark I sleep with lights on unless I'm sleeping with someone....I hate the dark are you scared of the dark??

Mrs N would sometimes gets jumpy at night after bedtime. Strange noises get the heart rate going etc....

Terrified lol Best thing I did was move to live in a village with street light and very close neighbours. I still have the light and tv on all night though

I may not be scared of the dark however I did once spend three hours locked in a bathroom due to a paralysing fear of spiders and the fact one was outside of the bathroom door

I am, if I'm home alone, I sleep with the lights on. I hate staying in hotels when it's blackout curtains because if you wake up in the night you can't see a single thing

I don't get scared as such but we've a few wrong uns round out way so things that go bump in the night tend to get me wondering if I need to reach for my 9 iron pacifier

If I work nights I have no lights on at all. Just a pc screen on so I can see to do paperwork.

Once night vision kicks in you are ok.

I often walk around in the dark. I figure anything in the dark is no way scarier than me.

I have been known to sneak downstairs in the night after hearing a noise. Naked.

And I live alone.

Once caught someone sneaking across my garden - trying to take a short cut to the house behind me. I flung open the door and yelled at him. He shifted pretty quickly - I wasn't naked then, I might add.

I have a fear of the dark, it's just one of many fears I have. I'm actually getting good at overcoming some of them of late. My fear of spiders, moths, dentists I've mastered. Just have clowns, masks, water and the dark to conquer now!
