A friend of mine is one of the professionals (just realised I used their name when I probably shouldn't have done), and they did very well.

Although I'm not a massive fan of gymnastics, I found myself really rather enjoying myself by the end of it, and it almost inspired me to get off the sofa and get to the gym.
