A Secret Hideaway In the caravan of love

Has anyone been on one of those Team Building Activities away day/team building type things that you've actually felt helped you work more effectively as a team?

Apart from getting to know your colleagues a bit better.

I find the majority of it to be just corporate Bull Shit.

They tick boxes in middle managements boxes. Fills a couple of days with buzzwords and booze.

I attended one many years ago where we had to sit in a circle and tell another person what we didn't like about them, supposedly in an assertive and not rude way.

I don't know what bright spark came up with that idea but it near enough ended in a riot with people falling out big time with the most popular phrase being 'fuck off you cheeky bastard'. The course ended early as a few walked out refusing to come back.

It was very entertaining
