thankyou its all to do with some painkillers I was prescribed after being in a crash in may. Have lost 8 kilos, luckily I have it to lose. Am just trying to eat small amounts. I'm sure I will be back to normal soon lol.x

Well today it was a toss up between confit de canard, or poulet breton. So I went with the poulet Breton in the end. One of the advantages of working in a restaurant is I never have to cook or wash up afterwards!
