I'm very sorry for your loss at this terrible time, I hope you have family and friends that can support you...you are probably in shock so will be on auto pilot and everything will be a blur...maybe see if someone is able to help with all the stuff that needs to be done..I'm sorry I can't offer much more advice to you but best wishes x

OP I am sorry to hear of your loss and hope that you are coping well. There are people out there ready to just listen to you, either on the phone, in person or via text and email. They are the samaritans.

Don't feel that posting on here was wrong but unfortunately some people on here will state that it's the wrong thing to do. I feel it is not.

When my husband died years ago I went through different stages you need good friends round you to hug ,you listen to you and just be there for you ,it will take time you have my best wishes

Sometimes all you can do OP is keep breathing, keep getting out of bed in the morning, putting one foot in front of the other, it's going to take time. I wish you all the best.
