Teatime ads that start with:

(Cue sad piano music intro)

"Charlie won't go home to tea and a loving family today. Instead he'll be beaten by an angry dad and left to fend for himself..."

(Cue sad piano music outro)

It's not that people are ignorant of these facts, it's that we have a system trying to deal with this stuff. Making people guilt-tripped into coughing up money and to feel helpless and depressed really isn't the way!

almost every advertisement on radio want's to make me rip the head off the cretins who came up with them, notwithstanding the really annoying programming which means the same ads are played at every ad break, 2 or 3 songs then ads, repeat, repeat repeat. And it is high time that all the ppi ads were banned along with the ambulance chasers and payday loans
