"Vinegar or ginger... Double bleurgh!" I gather you don't fancy pickled ginger then. Personally mashed potato but I'm not sure how much is due to taste, texture or child memories of being forced to it eat it at least three times a week. | |||

If you were to leave the skins in the mash, it would taste much better. For me it's onion misuse. Onions are very useful. Either in really tasty dishes, or in cheap frozen burgers so they can use as little meat as possible, and that grinds my gears | |||
