And change one thing - would you and what would it be ?

I'd tell my 24 year old self that I was not too old to travel around Australia for a year.

I'd tell my 19 year old self to go to Uni and then travel the world.

I'd tell my 23 year old 10 months self to trust my gut re getting married, dump the fiancé and call my first love.

I bumped into first loves sister a week before my wedding in Oxfordshire. First love n his family are from kent so totally unexpected. She told me that he was in a relationship but she believed he was still in love with me. Years later I found out it was true. And my first thought on my wedding day was 'what the hell am I doing?!'

Wouldn't change a thing, if I hadn't made some of the decisions I have made, I wouldn't be the person I am now.

Good point.

You can also damage your back if you think something is heavy but it isn't. Take care.

Gone to Uni at 18, doing it at 30 odd with kids is harder.
