To be honest their value range is on par with other supermarkets value range, I like them because when they reduce items they really reduce them not by 10 pence, I also like that they sell ingredients that other supermarkets don't sell..I don't have a big waitrose near me I only have a little one but I tend to order things and get them delivered to their store...

The reductions, as mentioned earlier, are really deep

Getting a Higgedy Mushroom tart for 10p there once was one of my happiest moments ever!

I enjoy walking around and getting ideas, but have to say I do my main shop at Morrisons.

I like, and not to expensive with the offers.

Plus I like the free coffee and paper, staff seem more friendly and happy than other supermarkets as well.

Don't you have to spend a tenner to get the "free" stuff or is that a fiver in the week and tenner at weekends?

Ive only used Waitrose for internet shopping never been into one of their shops, i have found they have the best self dates than anywhere else, when you buy salad etc from Asda or Tesco it usually only had a couple of days left on the best before date Waitrose has never sent me anything with less than 5 days

I love Waitrose. I use my card and get vouchers back that I used to buy my lipsticks and mascara. What's not to love?

John Spedan Lewis is one of my heroes for creating the Partnership. I like that they invest in their supply chains and supply much of their own stuff, produced here or through the Waitrose Foundation.

They don't just create jobs here they create wealth by ensuring Partners share in the profits. I don't mind paying a bit more for all of that.

I have just enjoyed a Waitrose Maple and Walnut choc ice cream. Yum.

My only gripe is this bloody new free coffee. I don't drink coffee and the smell makes me feel a bit sick. Having the machine right at the entrance next to the soft fruit really annoys me.
