I'm off for the next few days. Took the dog out, watched Indy and the Last Crusade and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Took some stuff to another charity shop, had 2 hours kip, read my book. Looked up COBRA to see if it has any comedy potential. Tonight I'm off to see my best mate and his missus is going to pluck my eyebrows ready for tomorrow.

Gym for an early morning workout; shower, breakfast, sunbathing, water polo, drinking lots of fluids, more sunbathing, lunch, posted shit on here, more sunbathing and just been for a swim..now sunbathing again. It's a tough life
