If you have only just applied maybe shouting on here isn't the best thing to do as there are one or two who claim to be chief inspectors already here.

Not anymore they are desperate to recruit, people leaving in droves or getting sacked due to corruption. Though its a tough job admire anyone who does it the crap and political correctness involved makes it hard
