dead and dried up

I think all.outdoors/dogging has dried up it used to be so good in Wakefield and Barnsley now it's rare to land on one good night a month anywhere else getting like this ?

In Kent they are really clamping down on it and making arrests. I think that may well be deterring some people. Not sure if that's happening elsewhere.

Their is hardly any action about in Wakefield now
