Most washing machines these days have elements to warm the water to the set temperature, climb in , close door (I d use the delicates setting) and a quick spin hey presto, One clean Cheeky

Technically, without hot water your house/flat is 'inhabitable' so you don't need to pay any rent- spend the money on a nice hotel room and invite me round to scrub your back n the shower

I put a wet flannel in micro for 30 seconds (maybe longer, you need to keep an eye on it) and have a strip wash, heating flannel up when needed. Only did without not water for one night
