Some of the advice I got is to make sure your profile sells you, so definitely expand it, also narrow your preferences be honest you're not going to meet a 99 year old! There is plenty more advice here if you do a search...

Finally I've been told as a single guy the best way to meet is to head to a club!

You can't of left your profile says you've been here a year. Anyway if the case if you just didn't log on for a year it might be worthwhile starting over as people may assume you've no intention of meeting being around that long and not being verified etc.

After a year - I'd delete and start again. You are not a newbie.

Actually write something... what you have there is just BLAH.

Your profile is your way to sell yourself, look at it - would you meet you rather than then 100s of funny, sexy guys who actually bother their arses to write a decent profile?

Have a look at some of the other fellas profiles to get an idea... and then take it away, and make your own profile sparkle. Yours is as dull as mouldy dishwater, and about as exciting as a shopping list.
