Brekky was greek style fat free yoghurt with strawbs, cherries, blyeberries and rasbs.. followed by a barbecue chicken and bacon roll. Lunch will be spicy slimming world wedges with creamy onion and chive yoghurt dip and crispy green salad. Dinner tonight will be Roast pork, roast potatoes, cauli, broccolli, carrot and swede, peas n gravy. All slimming world stylee and, i hasten to add, only small portions of each. A tea plate full making mojitos for tjis evening and having choc dipped frozen banana for a treat.
