"have to buy their own tools in the building/motor trade?" Its common practice as so much would get lost or go missing. Working with insolvent companies often garages and more recently builders we instruct bailiffs to always leave tools as they are in 99% of cases individual owned up to a certain point size wise. It makes getting into some trades prohibitively expensive. | |||
