apart from the obvious (gnarff) you could make courgette, pea and mint frittata which is not only lovely and summery but filling and healthy too !

I have been left with two responsibilities: the allotment and feeding a neighbour's cat. The cat doesn't like courgettes.

smear the courgettes with Whiskas

I think you are just going to have to give them away, my mum puts apples down by her gate and people take them within minutes some people knock on the door and ask if she has any (free apples) that aren't bruised
